Meek Mill has released the first chapter of the short film for Wins and Losses, his upcoming studio album. The emotional film, directed by Spike Jordan, features a young woman in distress while giving birth at a hospital. We also see the father watching with blood dripping from his head and a young man. The scene is intercut with the Philadelphia native rapping a powerful verse.
