Both artists are labelmates, signed to Yo Gotti’s label CMG, and have broken out of their respective regional scenes in recent years. Gee blew out of Louisville with 2020’s I Still Don’t Feel Nun (last year’s Bigger Than Life Or Death peaked at No. 7 on the Billboard Hot 100) while Detroit’s Dugg has collaborated with Pop Smoke, Tyler, The Creator, and Lil Baby among many others.
