Jeff Kwatinetz, co-CEO of the BIG3 basketball league with Ice Cube, caused a stir when he told reporters that he heard from a “credible source” that Kobe Bryant will be playing in the 3-on-3 basketball league of mostly retired NBA players next season.
Bryant, who retired in 2016 and turns 40 on Thursday, would immediately become the league’s best and highest profile player.
